With obvious styling elements that bridge the gap to the much larger S-Class W222, the best sold Mercedes-Benz model in history has been completely reinvented and is completely in line with both the new line of design in Stuttgart and the classic three-pointed star lines from the good old days.

Its long engine good and the passengers compartment pushed towards the rear in connection with the short overhangs characterize the balance of the classic Mercedes-Benz sedan, while also keeping the overall proportions of a sportier model.
In combination with the right wheels, which are available with diameters from 16 inches to 19 inches, the new C-Class has a much more confident stance – something which makes it very hard to be mistaken for an S-Class in real life, despite the similar design details.
The exterior of the model was penned by Robert Lesnik – who was also in charge of the S-Class W222 design – while the interior of the car was designed in Italy, by the Mercedes-Benz Advanced Design Studio near Lake Como.
With an athletic exterior look also given by the broad rear shoulders and wide front air intakes, the interior couldn’t have been more relaxing and upscale looking, with most people who have managed to already sit in one confessing that it is currently the best in its segment.
Depending on the equipment line chosen, customers can go with any of the three different front-end designs and two different engine grille styles.
Both the standard model and the Avantgarde version receive a sports grille with twin-louvres and a large three-pointed star in the middle, while the classic radiator grille is reserved for the Exclusive line, with the smaller three-pointed star sitting on top of it.
On top of that, there are no less than three different types of headlights available, from Halogen to two types of full LED ones, while the taillights come in two versions as well. Putting the AMG sports package into the mix you also get a multitude of different exterior looks for the new C-Class W205, making for the most attractive package in its segment form this point of view.
